By ticking this box, I confirm that I have carefully read and fully understood the entire text of the documents listed above. I hereby acknowledge that I am in effect electronically signing these documents and that this is a legally binding contractual agreement.
I agree to the terms and conditions of these documents and all other provisions on Ozone Forex website. Furthermore, I acknowledge that Pursuant to the CySEC rules and based on the information I provided, I will be categorised as a ‘retail client’ and I will be treated as such in respect of all business I conduct with Ozone Forex.

Furthermore, by my acceptance of these terms and conditions I confirm

- That I understand the full nature and risks of trading Forex and CFDs, and the investment amount has been chosen by me taking my total financial circumstances into consideration and is considered reasonable by me under the circumstances;

- That I am aged 18 years or over and that the information provided by me in this account opening process is true and correct and that I will notify Ozone Forex in writing if there are any changes. I guarantee that I do not breach any regulations of my country of residence in trading with Ozone Forex.

- Finally, I confirm that the email used during the completion of the registration form belongs to me and I have sole access to it. I understand that E-mail provided in the registration form is a unique identifier of the client in the systems and I agree to use one email only. Ozone Forex is entitled to send newsletters or other marketing material to me by E-mail and that I must inform Ozone Forex in writing if I do not wish to receive such material.
